Total Villa Rental Cost:			£

25% of the total villa rental cost is to be paid upon booking, with the balance of the total rental cost plus a £150 breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Any booking made within 8 weeks of arrival will result in the full rental cost plus breakage deposit being due upon booking. The breakage deposit shall be returned within 7 days of departing from the villa.

The villa is ready for occupation by 4pm on the day of arrival and it must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise in advance. If you arrive early, we can normally arrange for you to leave your luggage at the property.

I understand that I am responsible for taking out my own travel insurance and that the owners will not accept liability for any damage or loss to guests’ possessions under any circumstances.

I accept that the renting party will be responsible for the replacement or repair of any contents in the property and outside, including the pool and terrace areas, in the event of damage or loss being detected during or on completion of the stay.
