GROUND FLOOR
The large open plan ground floor area consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining area with 2 steps leading down to the large lounge area. There is marble flooring throughout. The property is fully air-conditioned and has central heating.
Kitchen
The Italian designed kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the other requirements one would expect including a water cooler. The kitchen has views to the side and rear overlooking the pool and Kyrenia.
Dining Area
The dining area has table and chairs for 6 people with a patio doors leading directly to the rear of the property and the external terrace overlooking the pool.
Lounge
Two steps lead down to the large comfortable lounge consisting of a three seat and two seat settee and two lounge chairs. The lounge has views to the front and side with patio doors leading outside to the rear terrace. There is a TV with DVD player.
Shower Room
There is a fully fitted shower room and WC - handy for showing after lounging by the pool.
Wrought iron balustrades lead up the marble staircase to the first floor. We have installed a wrought iron gate at the top of the stairs for added security of our smaller visitors.
FIRST FLOOR
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, en-suite shower room, walk-in his and her wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors leading to a large private terrace with table and chairs. This terrace looks out over the rear of the property down towards Kyrenia and the coast.
Bedroom Two
This has twin beds, built in wardrobes, air conditioning and a private balcony overlooking the rear of the property down towards Kyrenia and the coast.
Bedroom Three
The third bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobes, air conditioning and views to the rear of the property overlooking Kyrenia and the coast.
Shower Room
Fully fitted shower room with shower, WC, wash hand basin and towel warmers.
EXTERNAL
To the front of the property is a gated driveway with gardens to the side.
The rear of the property faces Kyrenia and the coast. Here you will find a raised eating area with direct access inside, a private 10m x 5m infinity swimming pool with child's splash area and terrace area, lower sun terrace with built-in BBQ and lower gardens. All these areas have elevated, uninterrupted views of Kyrenia and the coast.
There are a number of sun lounges, tables and chairs for use outside.
Cleaning/Towels
Prior to any arrival the villa is professionally cleaned with all beds made up with clean linen. On stays of two weeks or more there is a linen change service after 7 days. All linen and towels are included in the price.
